Complete rear brake caliper rebuild kit for 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 1500 and 2007 Silverado/Sierra 1500 Classic (GMT800 chassis) equipped with SINGLE PISTON REAR CALIPERS with casting number K244-079C using the D792 brake pad and a 54mm piston.  

2 versions of this caliper exist...one of which uses M8 slide pin bolts and the other of which uses M10 slide pin bolts.  Our kit includes BOTH options.
