Here's a good 7" friction plate assembly w/ bearings that came off a 1992 Craftsman 5/24 snowblower.  This assembly fits many other Craftsman and Noma models, so please check your applications. See pic 14 for model id.  This hexshaft still worked well on the blower.  The white Teflon face shows some normal contact use on the range, but isn't badly scratched or grooved.  It still made good contact with the rubber friciton wheel. The friction disk bearings rotate well along the included shaft and spins out well with very little run-out.  The shaft shows normal wear, staining, pitting, or light surface rust, common to these.  Most of these are brutally rusted and don't slide or rotate smoothly. This one is pretty nice!  So, once it is lubed, the friction wheel will work nicely, and make shifting easily.   This plate will position solidly into the chassis on the included bearings.  Great unit for a spare as well.  These OEM friction plates are getting difficult to find in working condition.
