Refunds & Returns Policy

Tyres Direct On-Line Ltd operates a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery.

All returned tyres must be unused, in their original packaging, and securely wrapped for transit. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return as proof of purchase. Returns received without this documentation may result in delays or refusal of a refund.

The customer is fully responsible for arranging the return of the tyres and for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tyres Direct On-Line Ltd prior to return.
