The center plastic/bakelite pin on the Weltronic unit is broken off.  Is there a use for the internal parts?

The J.W.Miller looks to be fine, but is missing 2 screws on the bottom.  

I have neither the knowledge nor the means to test these units.  Sold for parts or repair, and priced right!

Both are used and have a little dirt and dust.
