Lights and sounds all work (requires 3 AA batteries..not included)

The unused wallpaper and the accent borders are also included but didn’t get photographed

This was gently played with (mostly displayed) for a short period of time and has been stored for years

It could probably use a more thorough cleaning than what I did

Measures 10” x 10”

There are some slight signs of age…the bottom pin of the display cabinet is gone so the door isn’t secure…there is discoloring of some of the plastic…some corrosion of the magnets that attach the rooms together…nothing that detracts from the charm of this though!!!

I have all four of the original dollhouse rooms as well as the two roofs, original box and various dolls for it (all listed separately)
