Which payment methods are accepted?

• We only accept PayPal payment as it is easier and safer for both parties.
• We expect payment within 24 hours of purchase
• We can also accept credit card payment by telephone, but only to the cardholders address

Delivery

• We only currently ship to the UK MAINLAND
  
• Item will normally be sent in 24 business hours from our UK warehouse via Courier
• Depending on the item it can take 1-3 business Days to reach you.
• We ONLY charge true delivery costs, so if you buy you accept this and we expect good feedback
• Please leave your phone number with us in case the courier needs to contact you.

Returns

If they is a problem please contact us first via Ebay, you can return the item to us as supplied in its original condition within 14 days for a refund or replacement in original packaging & providing the goods are in resalable condition, You wish to cancel the purchase postage and packing charges apply on cancellation,  

Please return the item with your Ebay id and a copy of the email, and send parcel back to us
