This one has box color print error as there is very light color on all sides of the box.  EXACT ITEM SHOWN. A mail-away exclusive through issue 60 of Figure magazine, Tigertrack is a redeco of the original Sideswipe toy, transforming into a Lamborghini Countach LP500S, with a color scheme based on the yellow version of the original Diaclone "New Countach LP500S" toy. Released only in Japan.
