Shipping Methords

- Usually the order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment.

- For multiple item order, we do offer combined shipping. The shipping cost will be 50% off from second item. The Ebay system will calculate shipping cost for combined shipment automatically when you check out. Or, the shipping cost will be changed to combined shipping cost when we send the invoice for multiple items.

We do try our best to shoot photos in order to show color exactly as possible as we can. We do not treat photos by any way. But we still can not guarantee that all photos showing on your computer/laptop/smart phone are as same as specimen itself exactly. Therefore, if you agree to buy specimens from my store, you would agree to accept the color tolerance. We'll not accept returning/complaint because of color tolerance.Thanks for your understanding.

But in case you have any questions about color and other character of any specimen, please feel free drop an Ebay message to us, we'll like to answer any questions as possible as we can. 

Return Policy

- If the specimen is not satisfied, please drop a message to us before returning.

When we get the returned minerals in its original condition, full value of specimen will be refunded within 2 workings days (not including the shipping cost).
