DESCRIPTION
Turn on your cold press juicer. Grab strawberries. A peeled banana. Some cinnamon. Oranges. Slowly pressed. Fully squeezed. Now you got yourself a tasty smoothie. Jar some up for later.
There are no quick fixes. Just your juicer machine and dedication. Juice up 2 green apples, 1 celery bunch, 2-3 bunches of spinach, parsley, kale and 1 lime. Delicious, nutritious, and healthy.
Juice up a bunch of vegies for a healthy snack. Use the pulp to make some home-made vegie pasta. Home-made pasta too much effort. Add the pulp into your pasta sauce for some extra fibre.
Hand-squeezing citrus is slow, and leaves so much juice behind. Drop oranges down the chute. Let your orange juicer do its thing. Make enough for your spouse and surprise them with breakfast in bed.
Make sure to clean your cold press juicer after each use. A little cleaning now will save a lot of cleaning later. Rinse the parts under water and use detergent as needed.
