Very good preowned condition. No major flaws or defects. No chip No cracks with clanger that works. It is a 4.5 inch white ceramic bird bell with a dove on top (i think) and a pink flower on the side. There is 1 little spot by the birds right wing but its very minor. Made in Taiwan.
