The dough is mixed in a short time under air pressure to make it fluffy and airy. The dough is mixed quickly under air pressure to make it fluffy. The fluffy dough is then filled with a mild, mellow Koshian (sweet bean paste).
The dough is made in Japan, where it has been produced for about 30 years. The dough is carefully baked without using any preservatives, and is made using the same production method, using only the finest ingredients such as flour, eggs, and sugar.
The 30 pieces are individually packaged and at room temperature, so they are very convenient to take with you! They are also recommended for office snack time!
