My Classic Stock Cubes is the most widespread variety in Italy. It is used to prepare all kinds of dishes. In particular, however, it lends itself well to the preparation of risottos, broths, sauces, omelettes and many meat dishes. Iodized salt (50.1%) (salt, 0.005% potassium iodate) - Vegetable palm fat - Flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate and disodium inosinate - Extract for broth (with soy) - Extra virgin olive oil (1%) - Aromas - Vegetables 0.8% (onion 0.3%, carrot 0.25%, parsley 0.2% and celery 0.05%) - Onion extract - Meat extract.

how to use
For the broth 1 tablet in 500 ml of boiling water, as a seasoning: 1 whole or chopped tablet in a pot or pan. There is no need to add salt to dishes as it is already contained in the product.
