This is an amazing piece for sure… A great addition to your unique wardrobe

It is a two panel open sided almost skirt, but tailored like a fine pair of trousers or pants

This may have been a runway piece. I am not sure, it belong to a person who lived in Europe and was an athlete.

This appears to have never been worn or perhaps worn once
