International buyers - please note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Payment must be received within 3 days. Payments received by personal cheque will take 6 days to clear and items will be dispatched upon clearance.
For International buyers; please note that payment is only accepted via PayPal.
All Items will be dispatched next working day after payment. Proof of posting is always obtained. Items will not be considered lost in the post until 15 working days after they should have arrived. This is in line with Royal Mail's policies. Claims for items damaged in transit must be made against Royal Mail as they require the packaging; we will provide any necessary information in making such claims.

Due to strict hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns on HEALTH & BEAUTY items such as Skin Care, Perfumes, Make-up, Beauty, Hair and Nail Products. They are sold as seen so if you are not sure, do not buy, as we will not accept the return. We have sold items brand new/untouched and buyers have returned them used/tried or damaged. Please do not buy an item to try it on and then expect us to accept it back.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
