Looks in good condition. Lens needs a clean, I have not attempted to do so, as my health issues prevent me full use of my left hand, so trying to clean a lens with one hand I don't think would be wise. It is though fitted with a 1B Filter. I may be being 'over cautious' in my assessment, (& my eyesight is not so good, but there may be a couple of very tiny specs of fungus. Equally it could just be some internal dust/debris. A previous owner has 'personalised' the lens with their name, (see photo), after photographing, I tried to remove. It seems possible to remove, but my difficulties has prevented me from completing its removal.
Needs an Adaptall 2 mount. Various options generally available. On-line if needed.
