Frame with stamp “ПТН ПНХ! (FCK PTN!)” with additional face value

On the 24th February 2022, at around four a.m. Kiev time, the President of the Russian Federation announced a “special military operation” in Ukraine, after which Russian troops launched missile strikes across Ukraine, launching a large-scale military offensive. For Ukrainians, 2022 was a year of national unity, a year of courage and victory, a year of endurance and self-sacrifice. The Ukrainian people impressed the world and received prestigious international awards: the Charlemagne Prize (for defending European values), the Andrii Sakharov Prize (for freedom of thought), the Atlantic Council Prize (for outstanding leadership qualities), the Casimir Pulaski Foundation Prize (Knight of Freedom), etc. The stamp, issued to mark the anniversary of Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine, features one of the seven graffiti by British artist Banksy created in Ukraine in 2022. The graffiti depicting a judoka who was sent to the knockout round was painted by the artist on the wall of a destroyed house in the village of Borodyanka (Kiev region).
