These cute little decorative pumpkins are crocheted and have a cinnamon stick as the pumpkin's stem.  There is also a bow tied around the stem with natural twine.  They are stuffed with polyfil fiberfil stuffing.  

I use two different kinds of yarn to make these, medium weight, size #4 acrylic yarn and super bulky #6 plush yarn.  I make these in a variety of colors including variegated colors.  I also make them in three sizes, small, medium & large.   The #6 super bulky plush yarn is only used in the large size.  Each pumpkin is unique and the sizes vary but the approximate sizes are as follows:

Small - 2.5"-3" tall by 3" wide
Medium - 3.5"-4" tall by 4" wide
Large - 4.5"-5.5" tall by 5" wide
