PEER GYNT has been on the market since 1938 and, thanks to its special structure, is still very popular for knitting sweaters. In autumn 2022, SANDNES GARN introduced a thinner version of this proven yarn with the same excellent properties. Clothes made from Norwegian wool feel light and warm and become softer with each wear. Norwegian wool is durable and resistant to pilling, which means the garments retain their shape for a long time and always look good. Out of respect for the environment, wool is breathable and requires infrequent washing. Instead, we recommend airing the garments well. Norwegian wool is characterized by its long lifespan and retains its beauty over several generations, which contributes to sustainable consumption. The same fiber is used for PEER GYNT and TYNN PEER GYNT and is manufactured in different thicknesses - TYNN PEER GYNT is twisted in 3 threads.
