You're looking at a Stone Protectors Clifford The Rock Climber Action Figure Toy 1992 5”. The figure is in good pre-owned condition with some signs of wear as scratches, stains, and light soiling. I don't know if his hair has been cut, I'm not quite acquainted with this kind of figures. He has jointed head, arms, and legs. He measures 5" (12.5 cm) tall approx. Sold as a collectible. Not intended for use by children under 14 years old.
