No markings on back. Tested positive as sterling silver.  Clip piece is not sterling, but Silvertone. Good working condition.

Hand stamped design with 5 stones, turquoise, onyx, malachite, lapis and a purple stone.

Measures about 3 1/4 inches long. And about 1 inch across at center.
