This is a rare resin pin/brooch from the 1960's or 1970's. Upon research I believe to be made in France although I don't know for certain. I'm keeping price low as it looks to have been warped from the heat. The picture (girl) is not affected and looks great. The brooch itself is circle in shape but curves downward on both sides. On the back it's bubbled up in certain areas.  The photos should show condition. Measures about 3 inches. Fun and unique piece! Feel free to message me with any questions.
