The 400HC309 features Fisher & Paykel’s Easy-Release adjustable straps and a Tri-Glide Buckle that connects the two rear straps, letting you dial in fit without removing the mask. When headgear elastic loses its tension — typically after 6 months of nightly use — the seal degrades and pressure leaks follow. Swapping in this OEM part brings your 432 back to factory performance in under a minute. Latex-free construction; manufactured in New Zealand and Mexico.

In 2016 Fisher & Paykel updated the Glider Strap on FlexiFit 431, 432 and Forma masks. The 400HC309 requires the newer Glider Strap design (Part 400HC219). All currently shipping units from these three mask families include the updated strap. Not compatible with Eson, Pilairo, Simplus, or non-Fisher&Paykel masks. If your mask is not listed, message us before ordering.

Care & cleaning
- Hand-wash weekly in warm water with a small amount of mild liquid soap — no detergent, no bleach.
- Rinse until the water runs clear, then squeeze gently between two clean towels — do not wring or twist.
- Hang dry on a flat surface or drying rack, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Replace every 6 months, or sooner if straps lose tension, hook-and-loop stops gripping, or elastic shows visible wear.
