Signed by the author, this book comes in a protective mylar covering and is in good condition. There is foxing as is common for a book of this age. It's in good condition considering it's from 1938. There are no markings or underlining inside the book. The spine is slightly separated from the text block as shown in the photo. However, it's slight and none of the pages are loose.
