This Canon zoom lens, with a focal length range of 85-300 mm and a maximum aperture of f/5, is a great addition to any camera collection. The lens is designed for cameras with a Canon FL mount and has manual focus. It was manufactured in Japan in the 1960s and comes with a black leather case. The lens is in good working order. Everything appears to work--the rings all turn smoothly and the lens extends with no problems. No dust or haze is apparent, but I don't have a camera that this will fit on to check it out properly. The lens can be adjusted from 11 to 13 inches long and it weight 4 pounds and 2 ounces.. It has a friction fit hood on the end that can be extended or retracted. The lens body has minor scrapes where bits of the black paint are missing (see photos).
The case shows wear and has scuff marks along the edges (see edges). The "cushion" on the shoulder strap is torn.
Engraved with previous owner's name and number only exposed on full extension of the lens.
