Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
  • Orders are processed or shipped from Tuesday through Friday at 12 pm PST.
  • Avetco, Inc. remains closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, as well as on holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, there may be a delay of a few days in shipments. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

To Combine Shipping when purchasing TWO(2) or more items from Avetco
Please follow the following instructions:

  2. *When ready, go to "Cart" and Click on "Request Total"
  3. We will promptly provide you with the accurate total amount as soon as your order is ready to ship.




RETURN OF GOODS:

Subject to the provisions of the separate Return Policy, and with the written consent of Avetco (Return Authorization), products purchased and actually paid for by Buyer in full may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. If the product is returned within the said period of time, Avetco will refund to Buyer the amount paid for the product less the cost of shipping and related Charges (as that term is defined below). With the written consent of Avetco, if the product has been actually paid for, and is returned later than ten (10) business days after delivery and any refund will be less the cost of shipping and the Charges (as that term is defined below) No product may be returned thirty days after delivery. All returns must be returned in unused and unopened containers with the original product packaging and a copy of the Return Authorization.


Missing, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:

  • If you have not received your order, please contact UPS or USPS immediately and provide them with your tracking information. They will investigate and may be able to locate your package.
  • It is not unusual for USPS or UPS packages to be scanned as delivered and then show up the next day.
  • If you have received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and send us an email with pictures and courier claim number.
  • Once the shipping courier confirms delivery, Avetco, Inc. is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
    • If a package is stolen, the customer can take the following steps:
      • Track the package
      • Document what happened
      • File a police report
      • Contact their homeowners or renters’ insurance company.
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
