Order Processing & Shipping

• 3D-printed items are printed to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for printing before tracking is provided.
• Most orders are shipped via USPS. Items are shipped Monday through Friday. Tracking information may not update for 1-2 business days after creating the tracking number.

International Orders

• Orders placed outside the United States may take 4-8 weeks to arrive due to customs processing and country-specific delivery limitations.
• We do not accept returns for items shipped outside the United States and will not process failed delivery returns until at least 8 weeks after the shipping date.

Additional Information

• Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping and will refund shipping overages when multiple items are shipped together.
• Packaging: Most items are shipped in boxes and carefully wrapped to protect them during transit.
