All deliveries include tracking so you can follow your order from our store to your door. We ship via Australia Post and trusted courier services. USA SHIPPING – Important Notice for US Buyers – Import Tariff Payment Required Due to tariffs imposed by the United States Government, all orders shipped from Australia to the USA are subject to an additional import tariff charge. The current tariff rate is 10% of the item price. Please note: eBay does not currently allow us to display or collect this tariff during checkout. The tariff is charged in addition to the item price and shipping costs. Example: Item price: $200 AUD - Required tariff payment: $20 AUD (10%) After you complete your eBay purchase, we will send you a separate payment link for the tariff amount. Once the tariff payment is received, we pay the required tariff to the US Government before your order is shipped from Australia. Important: Orders cannot be shipped until the tariff payment has been made. If the tariff payment is not received, the order will be cancelled and refunded. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this additional tariff payment requirement. Aerosol / Spray Paint Orders Aerosol products ship via courier with a flat $20 Australia-wide freight charge. Buying multiple cans? Request combined postage and we’ll only charge one freight fee. Combined Postage Add all items to your cart and select “Request Combined Postage” before paying. We’ll send through an updated invoice with reduced shipping. Simple. Special Orders We work with 50+ Australian distributors. If there’s something you’re chasing that isn’t listed, send us a message. We’ll do our best to source it at the sharpest price possible. Payment We accept eBay Payments (including PayPal and bank transfer). Payment is required within 5 days of purchase. Returns & Exchanges We stand behind what we sell. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and with all packaging intact. Wrong Size? If we have the correct size available, we’re happy to exchange. If not, we’ll refund the purchase price. Faulty or Incorrect Item? If we’ve made a mistake or there’s a genuine manufacturing fault, we’ll sort it out quickly. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us via eBay Messages before returning any item. International Orders International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST or customs clearance charges applied by their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office if unsure. Got Questions? We’re available 7 days a week. Send us a message through eBay and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours — usually much sooner. If there’s ever an issue with your order, talk to us first. We’ll always work with you to make it right.
