Shipping is done through Canada Post and FedEx.  

Often I find FedEx ships quicker for no extra cost so if the option is available, I will use it.  If you have any issues with me using FedEx, please let me know right away.

In some rare cases, I use UPS for larger or heavier items depending on location.

Shipping within CANADA is about 3-10 business days depending on location. 

Shipping to the USA comes with tracking number and takes about 7-12 business days depending on location

Shipping INTERNATIONAL from Canada is quite expensive but offered with tracking and insurance as well.

Use the calculated shipping tool for a quote to your location and shipping options.

Allow 1-2 business days for your item to be shipped once payment is received

Shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent when the shipping label is purchased and printed as well as when the item is scanned at the carrier.

Also please keep in mind that there are no postal services on weekends and on Quebec/Canadian Holidays

I'm big on recycling clean boxes and packing materials.  Don't be surprised of the type of box or packet used :)
