R3 Merchandising - based in Dallas, TX - is a family owned and operated business providing a unique opportunity for customers to purchase best selling items or unique items at significantly reduced costs. We purchase items from liquidations, returns to major retailers, as well as items purchased from estate sales.
On liquidated items, we inspect, test, and verify the item to be in full working condition. Any and all defects (if any) are fully disclosed.
On returned items, the retailers, for a variety of reasons, do not want to put these items back on their shelves. The most common reason we see for this is damaged packaging or the item is not in its original box. Unless disclosed, THESE ITEMS ARE BRAND NEW. We inspect every package to insure all parts and instructions are included and in new condition. We fully disclose anything that is wrong (i.e. damaged box, not in original box, slight cosmetic issues, etc.).
On estate sales, we inspect the items, verify authenticity and disclose any and all defects, etc.
In addition, we guarantee your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return it back to us in the same condition you received it in and we will refund the full cost of the product to you.
