Due to variations in gold testing methods (such as traditional acid and stone tests versus eBay's Authenticity Guarantee electronic gold testing machine), items stamped as 14K gold may test slightly lower or higher than expected. Prior to 1981, jewelry manufacturers could use gold that was 13.5k karat or higher and round it up to be stamped as 14K gold. Since much of the jewelry available on eBay is older than 1981, this practice may impact the actual gold content of some items.

Please note that we only sell and ship within the Lower 48 United States and only to the address registered with and provided by eBay. We cannot change the address post purchase so please be certain the it's correct prior to completing the transaction - NO EXCEPTIONS.
We ship using USPS Economy Mail, Priority Mail, or Ground Shipping. Handling times are specified in each listing, and we typically ship the next business day (Monday - Friday) after payment is received. However, larger, heavier, or fragile items may require up to 2 business days to ship. Please note that we generally do not ship on weekends; any purchases made over a weekend will usually ship on Tuesday.
For high-value items (typically over $250), signature confirmation will be required upon delivery. However, we reserve the right to add this requirement to any transaction regardless of value.
