The brooch has been modelled in the form of a bird perched upon a branch.

This vintage bird brooch is embellished with a textured design, replicating the details of the bird's feathers and anatomical features.

The branch is ornamented with naturalistic textures enhancing the bark and leaf designs.

The eye of the bird is represented by a 0.01ct round faceted cut ruby.

The brooch secures to the reverse with a yellow gold hinged pin and safety clasp.

This fine example of vintage ruby jewelry is hallmarked to the reverse of the setting with the 14K Gold fineness mark (585).
