Domestic Shipping:

Most free shipping options will apply to the lower 48 states only. Shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Guam will typically have additional costs. In some cases, this is shown on the listing when the correct zip code is entered. Please contact us prior to purchase if there are any questions. Most shipments come from our Oregon location, but some may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on availability. Please contact us for more information.

International Shipping:

International shipping costs can vary. The ebay calculator is typically correct, but sometimes it can be wrong. If you would like a more accurate quote, contact us prior to purchase and we can get one for you. Refunds for overage shipping costs will not be given after a purchase is made. Import duties, taxes, or any other charges are not included. Those charges are the buyer's responsibility and will vary by country. We do not have a way of estimating these charges for you. We will not mark items as a gift, or provide lower value for customs.

Returns

Returns need to be unopened and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless ZMPerformance is at fault for the return. Any issues with shipments that are our fault, please contact us immediately and we will get you taken care of.
