This popular ground texture is manufactured with just the right amount of natural highlights and contrast to satisfy the most demanding modeler! The 48oz Eco-Pak is a great value for the money. Depending on the grass density, you will layer additional textures to have your scene come alive. Layering textures is the key when working with our Flock & Turf products. Our customers agree this GREEN GRASS BLEND is the most popular as a base texture! Apply in yards, sidewalk trim, fields and almost anywhere the look of short grass is needed. The fine texture of the blend allows you to lay down the most attractive manicured foundation. You can apply it thin and sparse to highlight the office area of a small industrial site giving the scene a distinctive and eye-catching view. Or, apply it smooth and dense for playgrounds, park scenes, residential yards and in schoolyards. From here, you will build the layers. You can add other blends directly on top of what you have started with by choosing from the scenes you see in your own neighborhood or from textures that will match and complete your scene. A good example would be to choose from our selection of Flower Tufts to add that touch of “class” to a residential area around a home. Explore the selection of different blends we offer as well as all the other texture materials available to enhance and complete your scene! We recommend a coarse blend such as Scrub Grass or Adirondack Blend to be layered over your Grass Blend, giving it more realistic height and scenic volume.
