UPDATE: test shots added. Taken on a gh5 m43 sensor camera using Cy->pk adapter, and pk->m43 focal reducing adapter. Shot in rec709 like colour profile. Note, even with the reducer, my sensor is not capturing the edge of the light circle. Edge effects will be increased if you use this on a full frame camera. First 5 test shots are wide open 28 mm, except the 2nd lilly shot which was 70 mm., others are F8. At 28mm wide open you get some very nice edge softness/distortion when wide open, with very sharp center. At F8 seems to be sharp across the frame in the sign /gate test shot (that was at 50mm). Contrast seems good for greens in back yard shot. In cloudy conditions shooting the bay maybe a little contrast loss, but hard to know if its just the camera profile. At any rate, I was very impressed with the look this lens gave to my test photos.
This lens has filament mould on the front, around the edges only, see photo. There is also some light filament mould on the rear element. However, its not haze and I think image quality will be minimally affected. The zoom and focus rings are smooth, and aperture adjust works. This lens takes a 67 mm filter. Yashica mount.
If I can get a cheap yashica adapter I will try and take some test shots at some point.
