Shipping & Taxes:-


1. Any size larger than 6x9 feet will be shipped folded. So you may see creases, and the rug may not lay flat initially, but it's very typical with rugs when shipped folded. All the wrinkles and lumps in the rug will go away within a few weeks of usage.

2. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We will not be liable for delays due to customs.

3. All items will ship promptly after payment has received in Payoneer.

4. Please provide your correct/complete address along with your contact details to ensure timely shipping and delivery.

5. All items will be dispatched from India.

6. Handling time will vary for each item.

7. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 days after an item is shipped.


Return & Exchange:-


1. Return or exchange period is 14 days after delivery for most of the items listed in our store.

2. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. The item must be returned/shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

5. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value of the item when it's returned.
