Nut Cookie Recipe:
- Ingredients:
- Melted butter - 200 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Vanilla - to taste
- Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
- Vinegar - about ½ tablespoon
- Flour - 450 g
- Oil (for greasing the mold before baking the first batch of dough only)
Cooking Process:
- Mix sugar, salt, vanilla, and eggs together.
- Add melted (cooled) butter and mix. Pour vinegar on baking soda (directly over the mixture as it will foam) and stir well.
