These 4  beautiful 8 3/4 x 6" softcover cookbooks have survived almost 7 decades. They look like they have never been near a kitchen.  No marks, stains or torn pages.  3  of the books look like fresh from the bookstore shelf,  one has very light signs from handling.

They were published in 1956 + 1957 by the Culinary Arts Institute in Chicago. Each has 68 pages filled with lovely photos, drawings and ideas.
