- Returns due to change of mind, remorse, wrong orders or late deliveries (due to courier) are accepted within 30 days as long as the item is unused and undamaged. - Approved warranty claims can qualify for replacement parts only, If diagnosing the problem needs to be assessed professionally we will not be responsible for the costs of diagnostics. If items need to be sent back to be checked we will not be responsible for the shipping charges. All warranty claims are subject for approval
- We recommend products in flat packs to be assembled by a handyman. Example, beds, ride on cars and racks.
- We are not responsible for damage made during installation due to incorrect fitting or handling.
