Measurements are close to 6" long x 4" wide with pointy pontil on end.  It reads, "A bright and blessed Easter to you".  There is nothing else on the egg.  I believe it had a floral painting on it as in another listing, but it was removed at some point.  This makes it free and clear for you to add your own decoration.  Lovely piece.  I'm downsizing and not really a good enough painter to redecorate this.  Enjoy!  Weighs 7 oz. prior to packaging.  Stand is not included.
