Horror Pain Gore Death Productions and Thrashing Corpse Records are proud to present a demo compilation album from Viogression entitled 'Perception Blur: The Early Demos 1988-1990'.  Hailing from Milwaukee Wisconsin, Viogression chronicles their 1988 debut as a thrash metal band through their transition to death metal in 1990 on this album.  'Perception Blur' showcases the early Viogression demos spanning from 1988-1990, featuring Execution (4-song demo - 1990), Perception Blur (4-song demo - 1989), the Apocalypse 1989 demo (2-songs) as well as two previously unreleased rough tracks from 1988.  All recordings have been remastered and packaged with new artwork, historical info, lyrics and photos (6-page booklet) courtesy of original drummer and founding member Jef Jaeger.

'Perception Blur' commemorates the 30th anniversary of these early Viogression demo tapes, and contains the best recordings of the band leading up to the now classic ‘Expound And Exhort’ album released in 1991.  The album cover art was created by Milwaukee artist Stephen Somers.

There was a single run of this CD - 500 copies produced in early 2020, and there are currently no plans to reissue it.  At the time of this writing (2024), the 30-year anniversary compilation (now celebrating 35 years) has been released on compact disc and digital download, and has not been released on vinyl or cassette (so far anyway).  Most of the CDs have been sold, and have become somewhat rare.  I still have some, all brand new (shrink wrapped by manufacturer - an opened copy was used for the photos), and I am making them available for purchase.

Videos for 'Thirst For Blood', 'Nothing', and 'Fleshlords' were released in 2020 and can be seen on YouTube.  Tracks posted by HPGD Productions can also be heard...
