Very simple modern sterling ring with pave cut stones that may be natural diamond but they are so small that I can't tell if the diamond light is grounding out on the mount or if they are genuine. No markings at all on the inside, that's normal any time you size up from a 7 to an 11 it was probably re-shanked. This is from an estate sale so I have no idea about it's history.
