Easy to use instructions:
1. Plug it into the power socket and turn on the red main switch on the lower right side.
2. Press the knob on the right hand side (to start the roaster operation program) and adjust the temperature at the same time (the knob is adjusted to the clockwise direction
160°C, about 170V or so, preheat the baking bin) and then turn the button on the left hand side to adjust the rotation speed to 40 rpm;
3. Press the left-hand button again to start the roaster and start operation;
4. Wait for the temperature to rise to 160°C and put the green coffee beans into the roasting bin; Then set the temperature to 230~250°C, the speed 50 rpm, start the roasting coffee bean journey;
5. After five or six minutes, pay attention to the first or second explosion sound of coffee beans, or smell the strong aroma of coffee, indicating that the roasting is almost complete;
6. Turn the temperature back to the lowest temperature, the speed can not change, after two or three minutes, you can directly press the knob on the right hand side to stop, and then turn off the power switch. Pour the coffee beans out of the stainless steel sieve basket and shake the sieve basket to allow the cooked coffee beans to be cold-cut
Sift out the coffee silver skin at the same time!

Precautions before and after use:
1. Place the roaster on a stable tabletop. Keep the machine out of reach of children to prevent safety. Avoid contact with water
2. Immediately after roasting, pour the cooked beans into a spare stainless steel sieve basket to clean the silver skin and cool the coffee beans
3. Let the roaster cool naturally after baking. Prevents glass breakage caused by sudden temperature changes.
Note: The temperature of the glass is very high, and it is easy to cause burns!
4. The glass jar will be stained with coffee oil after multiple roasting, and neutral dish soap can be used when cleaning. Pay attention to non-slip!
