Vintage 1996 Kentucky Personalized License Plates.  One plate says "MR CAT" and the second plate says "MRS CAT".  There are several scuff marks on the  MRS Cat plate.  The Mrs Cat plate lays very flat.  The dot on the Mrs Cat plate that comes between Mrs and Cat looks like someone hand painted a circle there.  The MR Cat plate has a slight bow in the center bottom of the plate.
