Shipping & Handling

·       All products are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia within 5 business working days. Please allow for extra time if there are public holidays or weekends. 

·       We have taken extra precautions in handling products.

·       Shipping may be affected by factors such as the global pandemic, in which case, please take this into consideration for slower shipping times, couriers will keep us up to date as needed. 

·       Before completing your purchase, please check your mailing address and contact number as we cannot change the shipping information.

Refund & Returns

·       If the received item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

·       Please note that we are unable to accept a returned product if you have ordered the wrong item, changed your mind or found the same product at a lower price elsewhere. It is therefore very important that you place your order carefully.

·       Refunds can only be considered if the item is returned in the original condition as brand new packaged (unopen) & not damaged. 

·       Return postage fees apply to the buyer or if we need to re-send for any particular reason.

·       If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 10% re-stocking fee.
