1:Import duties for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) items are the responsibility of the seller. No additional charges will be incurred after the item arrives.
Example of DDP application: Items shipped from Japan to the US with a winning bid price of less than $2,500 and up to $2,499 (excluding shipping).
2:Import duties for DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) items are the responsibility of the buyer. Import customs procedures and duties are the buyer's responsibility. Additional charges will be incurred after the item arrives.
Example of DDU application: Items shipped from Japan to the US with a winning bid price of $2,500 or more (excluding shipping).
Please check the customs website of your country for the customs duty rates of your purchased items.
DDP applies only to the US. All shipments to other countries are DDU.

It is your responsibility to confirm that the product is compatible with your vehicle.
We will answer any questions regarding compatibility, but cannot guarantee compatibility. We are not responsible for any incompatibility or malfunctions caused by improper installation after purchase.
Cancellations or returns due to incompatibility after arrival are not accepted. As a general rule, cancellations are not accepted after purchase. In the event of a cancellation due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs within Japan. Your item will be shipped from our warehouse to our shipping department on the day your order is confirmed. While we normally cover shipping costs, if you cancel for your own reasons, we will charge you the full shipping fee within Japan.
With the new eBay Managed Payments, we require buyers to pay by credit card when issuing refunds. Credit card companies apply an exchange rate from USD to JPY, and buyers must pay at that rate.
This is a measure taken in light of the widespread practice of unfair cancellations by buyers. Therefore, if you believe your order may be canceled, please refrain from placing or paying for it. Thank you for your understanding.
