I dispatch all items same day or next working day of payment. I offer to the buyers at least 3 postal services to choose from. Please check the estimated delivery times before you select the service. Royalmail 2nd class being the cheapest for most of the items but it takes more time. I send a dispatch notice to the buyer when I post the item. I always obtain a proof of posting and then leave the responsibility up to the PO to deliver!! If you wish postal insurance please ask before concluding the sale.

I try to do my best to describe the items as much as possible and expect from the buyers to ask any questions if I forgot to mention something or there is some misunderstanding in the description.

When an item is considered lost in the post, I'll make a claim through Royal mail. Royal mail do not consider an item lost until 15 working days have elapsed. Please remember this when contacting me about missing items. Please email me if you require any further information.

Most of my items start at 99p that is only a fraction of total price of many of my items. You may find postage for some items a bit higher. Always count the total price you paid for the item (price + p&p). I offer 50p discount on postage for each additional item you buy from me and pay in a single transaction. I can offer further discounts on postage for multiple buys but you need to ask for the invoice before making payment.
