Description:

Diphenhydramine Sleep Aid tablets are one-a-night tablets that can help you to get a good night’s sleep when you’re suffering from temporary insomnia. If your stress and worries are keeping you awake at night, jet lag has you counting sheep, or your noisy neighbours won’t let you get some rest, these sleeping tablets can help you to drop off for a good 8 hours. They’re ideal for adults and teens over the age of 16 who aren’t getting the sleep they need and are searching for a temporary solution.

How to use the product:

Take one 25mg Sleep Aid tablet around 20 minutes before you go to bed.
- Swallow the tablet with a sip of water.
- Do not take more than one tablet a night.
-: Do not take this product for more than 2 weeks without speaking to your doctor.

Ingredients:

Ingredients The active substance: Each tablet contains Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 50mg. 
The other ingredients are: Anhydrous lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, stearic acid and silicon dioxide.

Side effects:

Like all medications, Sleep Aid can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them. These side effects include:
- Tiredness, drowsiness.
-   Reduced attention,   Unsteadiness, dizziness, Dry mouth Allergic reactions, e.g. rash, shortness of breath, swelling of the face, mouth, tongue, or throat.
-  Blurred vision.
-  Feeling your heartbeat (palpitations) or irregular heartbeat.
-  Muscle twitching.
-  Convulsions.
-  Headaches.
-   Pins and needles .
-  Feeling sick, being sick.
-  Thicker bronchial mucus.
-   Difficulty peeing.
   If you experience these or any other side effects while using this product, speak to your doctor or pharmacist. If your symptoms are severe, stop use and seek immediate medical attention.

Hazards and cautions:

Sleep Aid is not suitable for use in children under the age of 16.
- Do not take this product if you are allergic to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other listed ingredients.
- This product should not be used by those who have an obstruction in their stomach or gut, like an ulcer.
- You should not drink alcohol while taking this medicine, as it can make side effects more likely or worse.
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if you have:
- Asthma, bronchitis, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
- Narrow-angle glaucoma An enlarged prostate or urinary retention.
-  Moderate to severe liver or kidney disease Myasthenia gravis, epilepsy, or seizure disorders.
-  Sleeping difficulties which persist despite taking this treatment.
- Never take this medicine for more than 2 weeks without consulting your doctor.

Expiry date:

This product will have a expiry of 12 months or over.

Please store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach and sight of children.

Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
