Description
Build rail and stile doors with glass panels using our glass door rail and stile router bits. Regular rail and stile bits are great for doors with solid wood or plywood panels, but they don't cut the rabbets necessary to accept the glass panel should it break. These bits make the cope and profile cuts like any other bit you've probably worked with, but they also produce the rabbet in the back face. This allows you to easily replace the glass pane without the need to dismantle the door frame.
