Shipping and Pickup
- Free Local Pickup: Local pickup is available at South Granville NSW 2142. Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. Please allow 0-1 business day for preparation.
- Free Australia-Wide Postage: We offer free postage across Australia. However, for remote areas, additional postage fees may apply. Enter your postcode in the 'Postage and Handling' section of the listing to see applicable fee.
- Shipping Carriers: We use various carriers based on the weight and size of each product and your delivery address. Tracking numbers will be provided after dispatch.
- Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes between 3 and 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times. Please note that the estimated delivery time provided by eBay is not guaranteed during peak seasons or due to carrier errors. In cases of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, order processing may be delayed. Items will be shipped to the address registered by the buyer. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect addresses provided. Return and re-delivery charges will apply in such cases.
- Recycling Package Notice: To protect the environment, we may use recycled cardboard for our packaging. Thank you for supporting sustainable practices!
Refund & Return
- Acceptable Returns: We offer free returns only if the wrong item was shipped or if there is a significant difference from the item description. Please note that if you choose to cancel your order due to pricing concerns, we are unable to offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
- Return Process: Please contact our Customer Service to obtain a WOWMART return label before returning the item. Without our return label, your returned item may not be properly identified.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories from the original shipment.
- Damaged Items: If the item is damaged during transit, please contact us with photos of the damage. We will send replacement parts as soon as possible. Returns are only accepted if replacement parts are unavailable.
- Changing Mind: Please note that if you choose to cancel your order due to pricing concerns, we are unable to offer a refund. If you wish to cancel your order or return the item after dispatch for reasons not related to seller issues, please note that the original & return postage is non-refundable if apply. You will be responsible for the return postage costs, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
