The Escali® touch screen thermometer and timer features an oven-safe stainless steel probe and braided steel cord. The easy-to-clean, touch-sensitive controls are located on the extra-large backlit display. Set a custom temperature alert or choose from a library of suggested internal cooking temperatures for beef, pork, chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, ham, and fish. The included timer function will count up or down and recall previous timers with the press of a button. The stainless steel probe and cord are specially designed to withstand the high temperatures found in an oven or grill and may be left in food while it cooks.
